Frequency Asked Questions

WHAT can be returned?
Answer: Electrical parts, ignition parts and fuel injection parts are not returnable. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install or fix up) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for returns.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Answer: All returns for exchange or refund must be returned by 7 days from the date of delivery.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Answer: Returns to our warehouse at Unit 1, 24 Garling Road, Kings Park, NSW 2148, Australia.

HOW do customers return items?
Answer: Contact us by email within 7 days from the date of delivery to get Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

SHIPPING for returns?
Answer: Original postage is not refundable. All returns postage is at buyer's cost.

Packing materials?
Answer: All returns must be come with original packaging and full items must be returns if for combo.

 

Return & Exchange Instructions:

  1. Contact us by email within 7 days from the date your package received for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Return all RMA items via shipping to the our Head Office address:

    ATTN: PRO50PARTS Australia, Unit 1, 24 Garling Road, Kings Park NSW 2148, Australia

Note: Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. The Manufacturer's packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Do not use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container.

 

Further Details:

  • PRO50PARTS Australia is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned packages through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.

  • Before sending any item(s), you must call to get prior authorization before returning any item, regardless of reason, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • PRO50PARTS Australia cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA. The RMA number should be written on the shipping label or visible on the shipping box.

  • PRO50PARTS Australia does not reimburse any return shipping charges.

 

Refunds:

Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
