How COVID-19 restrictions are affecting delivery

Fri, 20th Aug - TNT Erskine Park Depot Remains Closed.

We've been advised that the depot will remain closed today awaiting results from staff covid-19 tests completed over the past 48hours. 

The depot has already been deep cleaned and is ready to commence operating again pending test results being returned today.

 

Wed, 18th Aug - TNT Erskine Park Depot Closed due to Covid-19 Case.

This afternoon, a positive Covid-19 result was identified at the TNT Erskine Park depot and they have taken immediate action to contain the infection.

The site will be closed for 24 hours, deep-cleaned and sanitised and any at-risk depot staff and drivers have been informed to get tested immediately and self-isolate.

They are required to cease all operations which includes processing any freight that has come into the depot today. The aim however, is to be functional again by Friday 20th August.

 

Delivery delays may be experienced

Post Offices remain open and deliveries continue, but delays may occur due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes.
